Anyway, raw corn chowder made with corn and cilantro from my csa (local and organic for the win). Also half an avocado a squeeze of lime and some raw sauerkraut with chopped tomatoes on top. Salad was spinach orange peppers and celery with a ACV and date dressing with some spices.
